COVID-19 Update


Thank you so much for your ongoing support and patience during these difficult times. We are still very much OPEN and processing orders as quick as we can. 

The safety and health of our community, including our customers is always of the utmost importance to us. Here at Little Boo we have applied all the safety and protection recommendations of the health authorities against COVID-19.

All Products will be shipped as normal excluding pre-orders. ALL PRE-ORDERS will need an extended week of shipping time.

Australia Post has informed us there may be some delays, especially to international and express post services, so please be aware your parcel may take a little longer than usual in transit.

We are very much on top of our hygiene and safety when preparing all orders.

PRE-ORDER

Pre-orders are an estimate and delivery time frames can vary anywhere from 3-5 weeks. We do apologies in advance if you experience any delays with pre-orders. 

Pre-orders are non refundable, although, we can offer you store credit. 

In stock and pre-order items that have been ordered under one transaction, along with one shipping payment, will be sent together when pre-order items are available.

SPLIT ORDERS

You may opt to part ship your order if you have a mix of pre-order & in stock items, please contact our team at littleboostore@outlook.com to arrange this. 

RETURNS and EXCHANGES

We hope you're thrilled with your product/s but if you change your mind, drop us an email at littleboostore@outlook.com and we'll try to help.

Please return your item/s within 7 days of receipt. We will only accept items which are unused and in the original packaging.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item/s. Little Boo cannot be held responsible for any items which do not reach us, we therefore recommend using a tracking service.  

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the goods and refunded back to the original payment method. 

Regretfully we cannot exchange or refund custom made or sale items. We do not provide refunds due to change of mind or if the incorrect size is ordered.

Little Boo uses Australia Post to deliver all our parcels. Shipping within Australia includes tracking. Please allow 6-10 business days for delivery of goods. If your require express post or insurance please contact prior to purchase.

Yes shipping is available! Please contact littleboostore@outlook.com for a quote prior to purchasing.

International shipping includes tracking to ensure all orders are received safely. Delivery is estimated to be 7-10 business days depending on country. Please allow a full 2-3 weeks in case item/s are held up in customs. 

If you would like additional services such as insurance or express shipping, please contact prior to purchase. Any additional fees, charges or taxes that may be incurred are to be paid for by the customer. By purchasing from an international seller, you must be aware that customs fees can occur as items enter your country. If this occurs, the matter is out of my hands and I am therefore not responsible for any extra charges.

Items are packaged to ensure their safety. Once items leave my hands, I am trusting Australia Post to deliver your goods in a timely and safe manner. If you experience any problems or have any concerns, please contact Little Boo at littleboostore@outlook.com

CARE INSTUCTIONS 

We recommend all products be washed in a delicate cold wash or hand wash. We do not recommend placing any garments in the dryer. They should be air dried only. Do not bleach. To prevent fading, wash inside out.
